Project Life 2010: Weeks 45-47

This spread has a few things going on. It compiles three weeks but only has pictures from two events. Some spreads come together really well and I'm happy with the results. Others leave me feeling "meh". Unfortunately, this was one of the "meh" ones. I used quite a few blurry pictures because I like the photo - just not the blurriness.

Project Life 2010: Weeks 42-44

This spread wraps up October 2010 which means I only have November + December left and then 2010 will be complete!

I'm still trying to decide what to do with the individual pages I've created from 2010-2013 that aren't Project Life. I might just take comments from them and only print Project Life pages. I'm not sure. I just know if I print them, the photos would be doubles (of some) that are in the PL spreads.

Project Life 2010: Weeks 39-41

Oohh these pictures have me excited! I loooooove fall. It's my favorite season and it's right around the corner.It's colorful and cozy.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. It's so fun going back five years and scrapping these photos. It's great looking at how small the kids are. I sent Jackie a few of these pictures today just to remind her of the day and for her to see how small the kids looked.

This form of scrapbooking doesn't get old for me. I love it. It's such an easy way to document photos and stories with a little artistic flair. I'm nearing the end of scrapping 2010 and that'll leave me with 2011-2013. It's amazing to think I have all of 2014 and everything so far of 2015 scrapped. I'm "only" three years behind but I'm not freaked out because I know this form of scrapbooking allows me to crank out pages pretty quick. I also don't have photos from every week and that allows things to move faster too. I've truly enjoyed going back and getting caught up.

Project Life 2015: Week 32

Week 32 was busy yet restful. 

To my surprise, we had a few sunflowers growing right under my bird feeder. My spoiled country birds love black sunflower seeds. As long as I have that in my feeder, I see all kinds of birds. But some of the seeds must have fallen ever just so in order for sunflowers to grow and bloom. While they aren't one of my favorite flowers, I still think this process was pretty cool - and the yellow is beautiful!

This week was more on the restful side with lots of swimming. And we entered into August!

My kids were in a different state than me for most of this week, so thanks to my sister, Elisabeth, she took photos of all their adventures!

In week 29 we got to see friends from NC, pick produce from the garden, and spend time together before the kids left for IL.

Project Life 2015: Week 28

Nineteen photos made it into this spread! Yay! Lots of stuff has been going on and instead of bringing my good camera everywhere, I've been using my iPhone. While I prefer the quality of my good camera, 17 out of 19 photos were with my/or someone else's iPhone for this spread and I think they turned out pretty good.

Project Life 2015: Week 26

Week 26 already! This year and summer is flying by. For me this year, July has been and will be pretty busy. But it's mixed with needed restful home days. That allows me to sit and record all that's been going on. I'm full of thankfulness.

THREE SPREADS for this week! Whoa. That's a record for me. It was a busy, full, fun week and each special event needed a place to shine. Leah turned 8, Titus' baseball team had their first (and only win, we went berry picking, my dad turned 61, and my grandma had her 90th birthday party!

Bug bites, peonies, baseball, swimming, and peanut M&M's.

Project Life 2015: Week 23

This week included us getting a new (to us) car! So exciting! The garden is growing, it's hot and the kids want to swim, and Titus caught a big bass!

Project Life 2015: Week 22

Some weeks I feel like I didn't take enough pictures of our week. I took a lot of photos from three days this week and thought I needed more. I ended up having way more photos than I "needed", so it took some time deciding which ones I was going to use. I think I'd rather have too many than not enough.
