Project Life 2010: Week 14

Week 14 makes 1/3 of the year scrapped! Cool! I'll say it again, I just love Project Life and the simplicity it brings. Photos + stories = memories saved!

Here is another two week spread. But it only covers three days. Ha!

Project Life 2015: Week 3

I keep seeing ideas I like for Project Life and wonder if I should have taken more time to develop this year's "style", but I'm just going for it. Ha! I can always change it since I'm not too far in, right? Right.

Project Life 2010: Weeks 10-11

This spread includs my 27th birthday. The other day, the kids were looking at the 2010 pictures I was working with and Leah said, "You look a lot younger there. (then quickly added...)Not that you look old now!"  Uh-huh.

Project Life

Since there are now three years of Project Life posts, I've made a few changes.

Over on the top right, you'll see a "Project Life" tab with the years listed below and how many posts each year has.

At the bottom of each post, there is a tag for which year that post falls in. You can click that tag and it will take you to that year's section with only that year's posts.

Hopefully with these few simple changes, you can browse a full year without any of them "getting in the way" or confusing you.

Happy viewing! Thanks for stopping by!

Project Life 2010: Weeks 8-9

Due to not having many pictures from each week (and some weeks not having any or just one), it makes it easy to combine weeks. I'm wondering how long it will take me to do 2010. So far, so good!

My brother in law got divorced a few years ago so I debated on putting their family picture in this spread. However, at that time, they were married. Also, I really like the picture because everyone was happy.

Project Life 2015: Week 2

Week two was snowy with wind chill advisories. I love the peace and beauty of winter.

Project Life 2010: Week 7

I'm just humming away with 2010. It feels so good! I'm glad to get photos a step closer to printing that have just been sitting in the computer all these years.

I actually made two scrapbook pages (back in the day) of us making cookies and one page of the three of us similar to those on the left page. I decided to include some in this spread as well.

Project Life 2010: Week 6

I debated only doing one page for week 6 since I only had pictures for two days. But that would mess up how my pages will appear once in a book. Sooo, I figured I would just do a two page spread anyway. Plus, I saved room having weeks 1-3 on the same spread.

Anyway, here are some adorable photos!!

Project Life 2010: Weeks 1-5

In effort to get ahead, I decided to start the farthest behind which is 2010. I don't have photos for each week, so I'm making do with what I have. I know that once the months go on, I'll have more photos for each week (at least I hope).

I didn't do a cover page for 2010. I still may.

It's been fun looking back through "old" photos. I'm excited to eventually get these printed and in a book where they belong.

Project Life 2015: Week 1

Welcome 2015!

Here is the start of a new year! I'm looking forward to getting last year's pages printed soon (waiting for a sale) and in a book.

As I stay caught up on this year, I'll use extra time to work on documenting 2010-2013 in Project Life style. As I've been looking through pictures, I see that I don't have enough (sometimes none at all) pictures for each week. So I've been doing some thinking in how that will work. Some months may have just one to two spreads, others will be more traditional.

As far as journals go, I will be able to use my family blog for helping me remember things. I'm so thankful I have that to look back on.

I'm excited to get caught up and get pages printed. I love capturing our life and stories.

Project Life 2014: Week 52

Wow! 2014 is COMPLETELY photographed with so many stories told on pages ready to print and put in a scrapbook. I feel like it's such a big deal - such an accomplishment. I'm so happy that I chose to do this project. I have loved it. Because I love it so much, I try to spread that love with others in hopes that they will do this as well because having your family's story told is a treasure beyond compare.

It's been a great year, 2014. And now, 2015, I'm comin' for ya!

Project Life 2014: Week 51

Week 51 was full of a lot of fun while visiting family in Illinois for an early Christmas.

One more week to document before the new one starts! Enjoy the rest of your year!

Project Life 2014: Week 50

I've enjoyed incorporating Christmas themed papers and elements for December!
