Project Life 2014: Week 20

I had more photos for this week, but decided to do a big one of Titus right before his first game of the season. I love the photo and how he chose to pose. 

Project Life 2014: Week 19

Week 19 has more than one photo from certain days. It's nice to have some weeks with days "missing" in photos so that I can use more than one (like 5 photos on the right/second page) for certain events. I feel better about adding more into these layouts rather than creating a separate scrapbook page for it later on.

Project Life 2014: Week 18

My last few weeks have been quite full. I'm glad to have snippets that remind, "Oh yeah, that happened!" It's crazy how it can all seem to blur together. Here's to a couple more busy weeks!

Project Life 2014: Week 17

I got a tad behind in posting but not too far. It only makes me more thankful for my Day One app where I keep track of what happens each day. I really enjoy Project Life. I can't say what will happen in future years for sure, but I'd have to imagine I will keep doing this as the kids grow. I just love it!

I'm so glad I have shots of the outside of Monday and Tuesday. We had quite a vast difference!  And then Thursday it was back to green grass. Oh, Michigan! :)

Week 14 was a busy one! I didn't get all the shots I wanted and most were with iPhones rather than my camera, but they are still moments captured that I'm happy to have.

Project Life 2014: Week 13

I finished the layout early this week (today - Saturday). I didn't have much more I wanted or needed to add so I figured I would put it all together. Some things that I have been doing in my layouts for the last 12 weeks were losing their edge, so I changed it up.

 Week 12! I actually didn't take a lot of photos this week. Five or six of the photos used in this spread were taken on the same day - it all ended up working out!

I keep seeing other's PL layouts, new cards, new ideas, and I keep wanting to change things up. Here and there, I plan to. Thankfully, Project Life is so flexible. None of my pages have to look the same if I don't want them to. Love it!

I saw some others who had some pages printed to see how things were shaping up, how the font sizes were working, etc. I hope to be able to do that soon.

Week 8 added March to its happenings! March?! Didn't we just celebrate the New Year? And you know what's in March, right? My birthday! That'll be coming up with next week's post.

Project Life 2014: Week 7

Here's week 7. It was a busy, full, fun, family-filled week! ♥

It's nice being able to snag other's photos from the times spent together! Thanks to Kendell, Elisabeth, and Taylor! 

I really love using the Day One app. It reminds me a few times a day to jot down what's been going on. Sometimes I only record things at the end of the day, sometimes throughout the day if it's more busy. It's been so helpful to go back to when it comes time to journal for my pages.

I'll probably mention it a lot, but once again, it's amazing to think how fast the weeks go by. We are now into week 8. Wow! 

Keep up with picture taking and journaling. It's so worth it!

So much can go on in one week. I sort and decide which pictures I want to use that highlight our happenings. Sometimes I wonder if I am leaving something out, but I'm happy to have the "bigger" things documented.

Hello to week 5! 

I've been having a hard time liking my second pages. I'm trying to figure out what the deal is. I feel like the second pages are more drab. While simple is my plan, drab isn't. Hmm...

This week had fewer stories.

I always enjoy seeing the two pages together. Sometimes I question how things will looks once together and it makes me feel better once I see it all put together. Quite a few stories this week!
