Zoo / Kids

The last of the zoo pages. I really didn't like doing this pages for some reason. None of them came out like I hoped or planned.

I got the "S08" (Smith) from Ali Edward's pages. I printed out "siblings" and hand wrote the definition.

Sunday, Part 1 - 10.05.08

This is the last day of the project. It's been fun capturing different things that happen. Although this happened to be a busier week than most, it was still a week in our life. I'm happy that I did it and I know I will cherish these memories down the road as I already do now.

Doritos

My CUPboard. I so love having a mismatched collection of mugs. Each day I can pick something new - whatever I'm in the mood for.

Sunday afternoon football. (Don't mind those "Losing Lions", as I call them.)

More laundry!! Brandon did three loads. This will save me from doing laundry tomorrow on my cleaning day.

Sunday, Part 2

Laying down for a Sunday nap.

Titus' guitar that he plays everyday. As someone recently said, "It looks like he's been to quite a few world tours!" It's true, it's "dinged" up.

Leah's snack.

Dinner! We had a rather big lunch (leftovers) after we got home from church, so we had pop corn around 8.

Sunday, Part 3

Night snack before the kids go to bed.

Titus wanted a cone.

Haha, when I asked him to let me see him lick his cone, this is what happened.

Leah's hand reaching for the ice cream her and I were going to share.

Saturday, Part 1 - 10.04.08

Pancakes with apples and cinnamon. Soooo good!!!

We like to have a nice, bigger breakfast on Saturdays. They normally consist of pancakes, waffles or french toast with bacon. Pancakes are my favorite.

Dinner: shepherds pie.

Saturday, Part 2

Titus watching Thomas the Train.

If not caught, this is where you can find Leah if our bedroom door is left open. She's starting young!

Saturday, Part 3

The next four pictures are from Blandford Nature Center.

I found this humorous and disgusting. They had a little trail with different cages of hawks and owls. In one of them was a tray of dead mice for the hawk to eat. Eww!!

Friday, Part 1 - 10.03.08

Lunch.

I felt soooooo weird taking a picture of my kids in Meijer. I wonder if people thought I was a foreigner and had never been to a super market before! Just before putting the groceries in the van, I took another picture of the kids and a lady walking by said how it was cool that I was taking pictures of every day things and how she wished she would have done that with her kids. It made me all the more grateful for participating in this project.

Friday, Part 2

Our mailboxes.

We make at least one trip to the dumpster every day. Not so pretty, but thankful for it!
